Had another outstanding experience yesterday at Sports Clips. The stylist who cut my hair yesterday was Lindsey who did a fantastic job. I've been there approximately 5 times. The high level of professionalism and customer service I just can't say enough good things about. Keep up the great work!!!

I'd like to take a moment and let you all know how satisfied I was with my first Sport Clips experience. First of all, my stylist, Dana, was fantastic! To me, getting my hair cut and styled is a very Zen experience. I find it super relaxing. Dana didn't say a whole lot while she was working and I really appreciate that. Too often a stylist will talk through the whole thing. I understand they're trying to be friendly, but getting my hair done almost puts me to sleep so I enjoyed the silence. Dana's attention to detail was very encouraging, as well. My experience with other chains is the, "Get them in. Get them out," mentality. She took her time and made sure it was what I wanted. Lastly, I know why they give you a free upgrade to the MVP on your first visit... It's so good that I won't get anything but that from now on. I guess the thing I like most is that I felt like a customer, not a number. There seems to be much more of a "service" focus as opposed to number of cuts in a day. I'll definitely be going back.
